Brighter Tomorrows operates two thrift stores which provide needed items for our programs, as well as sell donated items that help fund our agency services throughout southwestern Dallas County.

Please deliver your donated items to the location nearest you during the hours of operation 9am to 5pm, Tuesday through Saturday, closed holidays. Items should NOT be left outside the buildings during non-working hours.

Our stores rely on donations.  Items accepted are gently used clothing (no stains, tears or rips), working household appliances including HD-Ready TV's,  or furniture that is not broken or has no stains or torn upholstery.  Brighter Tomorrows does not have the capability to maintain or repair items.  Due to Health Department regulations we are unable to accept mattresses.  

We cannot accept computers or computer peripherals and analog TV's.

The DeSoto location also assists the residents of DeSoto with TXU electric bills.
